Paramount Grill interior

During graduation weekends, we are often completely booked weeks in advance. In order to provide excellent service for all — we require the following:

Send an email to graduation.paramountgrill@gmail.com with ALL of the following information:

  1. Date and requested time
  2. A phone number where you can be reached
  3. Number of guests in your party

Then, we will contact you by phone to set up the time for your reservation. We require a credit card number for a deposit of $15 per-person which will be applied to your bill when you dine with us. The deposit is $5 per-person for Sunday Brunch. The card will not be charged until we contact you two weeks before your reservation date to confirm that you will be coming. Once confirmed the deposit is non-refundable.

During graduation weekends, our hours change and we will be serving the dinner menu all day. Check back before your reservation to see the menu here.

Please also note: there is a $30 per bottle corking fee if you bring your own wine to pay for wine service and glasses. If you bring your own dessert/cake there is a $4 per person charge to store, cut and serve. Other special requests, such as personalized menus, decorations and such will require a service fee.

A 20% gratuity will be added for parties of six or more which will be written on your bill.
